Let's visit Mosswood Fells Proper!

Mosswood Fells Proper features a sweeping mountain with the three-tiered waterfall. Within this enormous stretch, many industrious paws have lent their time and effort to creating a veritable home of immense size. Mosswood Fells Proper is the name for this great mountain's residences and interior shops, as well as the shops which have settled outside, up and down UpDown Road and High Street. There are some who might say that the Zan panda family who oversee Mosswood Fells have held and ruled the land wisely and justly for generations, though there are a few who might whisper otherwise to this day. Its history is shrouded in secret scrolls held by the Zan panda family. Most know of the mountainside as a place for shelter, and some who prefer to live outside of it set up shop.

There are many noteworthy places in Mosswood Fells Proper. Let's visit them!

Mosswood Fells Mountain

The Mosswood Fells Mountain is comprised of the following areas- the Grand Balcony, the Room for Youth, a communal bathroom, a communal kitchen, and the private administrative chambers of the Zan panda family and their administration, the Sibilant Solitaire Siblings. There are also several other places not pictured within the mountains in which residents live as personal living spaces.

The Waterlily Clothing Shoppe

Run by Roxy Renard in her spare time, this clothing shoppe includes a mini-sized runway for clients to try on their potential purchases and to feel good about themselves!

Fells' Way Farm & General Store

The Babblebrook and Corntops rabbits devoted themselves to building this store halfway along UpDown Road. The Windwards also help. This farmhouse and general store is the only one in Mosswood Fells, and every day the villagers make purchases as need be. They love the fresh produce, fresh milk, and assorted needs for daily living!

FellSense Well Scents Boutique

The Bouquet skunks run their spa, massage parlor, and herbs-spices shoppe all in one building. It even serves as an apothecary for custom herbal medicine as need be.
Every bottle contains actual herbs. Some are not recommended for ingestion, such as orris root and sandalwood powder.

Mosswood Fells Imported Fabrics

Plumparella Prettyfur runs this shoppe at the base of UpDown Road. She imports fabrics from Purrchester and beyond, and is skilled at making fabrics as well using locally-made materials.

Fish & Game Butcher Shoppe

Oliver Flynn owns this shoppe. Every day it is supplied with fresh meats for those who need their products. Ebb Van Dyke and Shreve Fisher spend ample time on the water bringing in their catches, and Alphonse Sandeia hunts game and prepares it for Oliver. Meanwhile, when not tending customers, Oliver prepares the fish expertly himself.

Secret Headquarters Dojo

Hidden away in the mountains with a clear hot spring in which to bathe is a secret headquarters for the Wandering Elemental Monks, the Zan pandas, and Sibilant Solitaire Siblings. This is a place of training and inspiration for those gifted with the permission to be brought here.

Other Places

Other places in Mosswood Fells which do not yet have dioramas made (and may or may not, eventually), include the following:

Accordingly, they are located near the top of UpDown Road. Some visitors have asked why they're not at the bottom of the road, but given their proximity to the Fells' Way Farm & General Store, it is easier- and the treats worth the trek!

Midnight Arts
The Eclipse cats and Dante Keats serve as the village's artists. Oftentimes the light is on at night well into the wee hours of the morning, though the shoppe hours are during the afternoon and evening!

The Moss reindeer family, Chester and Willow Thistlethorn all work hard every day to come up with the Fells Times news. When they need to come up with content, they like to interview other residents for uplifting stories. This is always a treat to readers!

Crystalwood Restaurant
Crystal Babblebrook and Basil Hazelwood teamed up together for residents to enjoy fine dining in this beautiful little restaurant! Sometimes Aspen Thistlethorn helps out.
